Greetings from the Secretariat of BISMUN 2026! We are delighted to announce that the Bombay International School will be hosting its first-ever inter-school edition of BISMUN!

 

Over the past few years, BISMUN has grown as a vibrant platform for delegates within BIS to develop skills in diplomacy, research, public speaking, and collaboration. This year, we are excited to expand the experience and invite students from Grades 8-11 from schools across the city to be a part of it. The conference will be held from July 31st to August 2nd, 2026.

 

Amidst the ever-changing geopolitical landscape in our world today, it is more important than ever for students to debate real world issues and work together to develop creative, relevant, and sustainable solutions. The conference will bring together enthusiastic delegates for engaging committee sessions, thoughtful debate, and an inclusive learning environment.

 

Through a range of committees and innovative formats, BISMUN 2026 aims to create a conference experience that extends beyond conventional committee debate. As discussions develop and events unfold across the conference, delegates will be encouraged to think critically, adapt to new challenges, and engage with local and global issues from a wider perspective.

 

The BISMUN team is committed to creating an environment that is both challenging and nurturing, fosters learning and fun, and provides a space for every delegate to take the next steps in their MUN journey, whether they are a seasoned delegate or a first time MUNner.
